Jop never fails to make us laugh with his sharp humor. Outside of teaching, his biggest passion is football—both watching and excelling at a high level every week. After earning his university degree, he has grown into a top-tier course instructor.

Dylan studied Travel & Hospitality and now brings his hospitality skills to our courses, where his social nature truly shines. He’s here to guide you through everything you need to know about theory!With incredible determination and a winner’s mentality, it’s no surprise that Dylan spent years playing football at the highest level in the Netherlands. His life revolves around fitness—you’ll find him in the gym almost every day. Cooking is another passion, and he’s not just good at it—he’s been a professional chef!

What hasn’t he done? Well, a backpacking trip to Australia is still on his bucket list. But with his perseverance, he’ll get there soon enough!

Lisanne is a service specialist who prioritizes customer focus and a passion for learning. With years of experience in hospitality, she’s a proven powerhouse—always ready to step in and put a smile on customers’ faces. Her natural flair for service makes her an expert at putting people first.

Outside of work, she’s a ray of sunshine, always up for good times with friends and family. Want to talk sneakers? She’s your go-to! Alongside her love for korfball—where she truly excels—she can even bake her own bread from scratch. With her ever-bright positivity, Lisanne brings a refreshing energy to every team.

Julian is a sporty powerhouse and an indispensable member of our team. He studied Physical Education at HBO level and gained experience by teaching sports for many years. Julian is a course leader you won’t easily forget. His enthusiasm is contagious, and his passion for bringing out the best in everyone is a quality he proudly carries.

His ability to present the message in an engaging way comes from his commercial experience, while his social skills enrich the classroom. When he’s not motivating people, you’ll find him at the gym multiple days a week or letting loose at Thunderdome, his annual outlet. Julian likes to be called 'Kast,' but with too much competition for that title, he remains 'Juul'—the man who pulls you across the finish line to success.

Shanice is an ambitious and driven young woman who constantly strives to bring out the best in herself, yet understands that fun and togetherness have no time limits. She completed her HBO degree in Office Management at the Rotterdam University of Applied Sciences, giving her a solid understanding of business processes and allowing her to fully support our customers as a service specialist.

When she’s not knocking down pins with a strike at the bowling alley, she loves spending quality time playing board games with friends and family. Be warned, though—if you join in, you might see a highly competitive side of her!

Jeannot, a true sports enthusiast, embodies the spirit of a world traveler. He cherishes memories of sun-soaked beaches in Curaçao, where he spent six incredible years, and the vibrant energy of animation teams across Europe. How to describe him briefly? A team player with innate leadership qualities. These traits earned him the captaincy of his rugby team and made him an inspiring rugby coach for emerging talents. What drives him? A deep passion for training and education. His academic journey in Business Economics at Utrecht University has given him an analytical understanding of numbers. Outside the rugby field, Jeannot explores breathtaking landscapes with his backpack, always seeking the next adventure.

Atlas loves challenges. He sets the bar high every day and always strives to get the best out of his group. Nothing is too difficult for him. He’s serious when needed, but also has a great sense of humor. After earning his Master's in Psychology at Leiden University, he wanted to make the most of his knowledge of the brain, which has made him an outstanding course leader.

Jeroen is never afraid of a challenge, whether it’s backpacking through Asia and Australia, emigrating to Milan for 1.5 years, starting his own business, or even directing a film. After high school, he wasn’t sure what he wanted to do, but he knew where his talent lay—presenting. That led him to study Media & Entertainment Management at HBO level.

After gaining a wealth of experience and performing on stages around the world, he decided to move into education to make people happy. Luckily, that’s exactly what we do! In his spare time, he loves flying his drone at the beach, unwinding while capturing stunning photos. Alongside his informative and entertaining courses, he also often showcases his eccentric dance moves at festivals—and, yes, sometimes even at company parties…

Adis is a true enthusiast. Every early morning, he starts the day with a big smile. He earned a Master's in Public Administration from university and has turned his presentation skills into his passion—presenting every day. His love for the job is unmatched, and he gives his all on every course day. His other big passion is boxing. With Adis, you're in great hands!

Linah is an energetic service specialist with a clear drive and infectious enthusiasm. During her studies as a chemical physics analyst, she developed a keen eye for detail, which she seamlessly applies to her work. As a former manager of a hospitality establishment and a versatile event manager, handling everything from marketing to team management, Linah is someone who always knows how to get things done.

Dance has been her passion since childhood, and in addition to dancing, she works as a model and has a love for football, which she plays at a high level. Linah enjoys discovering new experiences, as she demonstrated during her time as an exchange student in Miami. With her positive energy and warm personality, she consistently brings a smile to the faces of both colleagues and customers.

David is a true all-rounder, hailing from a family of educators with a passion for inspiring others. With a degree in management and years of experience as an operations manager, he brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise. As a course leader, David effortlessly shares his knowledge and enthusiasm, always putting everyone at ease with his cheerful energy and sharp insight. He has a strong competitive mindset and always strives for the best result.

Sports? Of course! David loves to stay active and can often be found in gyms across the Netherlands. He enjoys spontaneous trips to unknown destinations and loves embracing new adventures. David is also an excellent cook, though the Michelin star is still, according to him, just out of reach…

Noa is a sparkling Service Specialist who lights up every environment with her positive energy and customer-oriented mindset. With a background in education, she has a deep passion for helping people. She cherishes the small moments that make a workday special, like a meaningful conversation or a smile from a satisfied customer.

Outside of work, Noa has a love for cooking and has promised to share her recipes with us. In her free time, she enjoys spending time with friends and family. As the sporty type, she regularly goes for runs to clear her mind. Noa is also a shopaholic, often spotted in major shopping malls across the Netherlands (and abroad), and a fan of her dear friends Marc and Jacobs. "Style matters," says Noa.

Jimmy is, to say the least, highly competitive. He always strives to be the best. A course leader who easily adapts to any situation, bringing a wealth of knowledge with him. With his university master's degree in hand, he’ll do everything possible to help you succeed. Full of passion, he stands in front of the class and enthusiastically greets you when you’ve finished your theory exam. He's a big fan of Formula 1 and is completely out of order during race weekends, glued to the screen to watch Max Verstappen. At the CBR, his #1 topic with students? Naturally, Max Verstappen.

Vikesh is a true multitasker; he's incredibly eager to learn and always looking to develop himself in every area. He studied law at HBO level and excels at delivering lessons. Helpfulness is second nature to him. With his calm personality, he’s able to bring a sense of tranquility to our students. Vikesh enjoys going on trips and is always up for some fun! At work he's a real team player, and also outside the office, Vikesh loves forming a team with friends to play some American football. He looks forward to the Super Bowl all year long.

Ashley has a radiant personality. She's incredibly spontaneous and has completed her HBO degree in Commercial Economics. Her social nature is a perfect fit for our customer service, along with her adaptability and empathy. With Ashley, you're in good hands, as she'll go above and beyond to ensure every customer she interacts with is completely satisfied. Ashley loves expressing her eccentric character through travels abroad, attending the liveliest festivals (she’s got the moves), and enjoying dinners out with the family. She balances her intense lifestyle by unwinding with carefully chosen candles and relaxing on the couch to Netflix.

Alessandro brings a touch of Italy to our team. With his Italian roots and an unmatched talent for crafting the perfect pizza, he knows exactly how to mix the right ingredients—both in the kitchen and in the classroom. His background in various service-oriented roles has shaped him into an instructor who is always ready to help. Hospitality runs through his veins, and you’ll notice it immediately in his warm and energetic teaching style. Alessandro strives for perfection, not just in his dough-making technique, but also in the way he shares knowledge. He wants everyone to succeed and does everything he can to make sure you walk out the door feeling confident and accomplished. And yes, if you're lucky, he might just share his secret pizza recipe with you!

Tessa is ready to answer all your questions with great joy and attention. With her years of management experience, she knows exactly what it takes to provide excellent service. Tessa enjoys dancing and has recently started ballroom dancing with her partner.

Jesse is an enthusiastic and humorous go-getter with an incredible work ethic. He stands firm, is decisive, and always knows how to put a smile on his students' faces. With years of experience as branch manager at a call center, he’s an expert at managing large groups and keeping everything organized. In his free time, after playing football, he often joins his mom at the dinner table to enjoy authentic Portuguese cuisine. Given his roots, it’s no surprise that he’s a huge fan of FC Porto, and it probably also explains why his life motto is ‘Siiiuuu’…

Aziz is a born winner in top form, always striving to bring everything to a successful conclusion. With a background in commercial economics and expertise in process optimization, he is the perfect person to make things as easy and comfortable as possible for our customers. It’s no surprise that this driven operations manager approaches his work like elite sports. To fuel his engine, his menu is filled with exotic dishes. In his free time, he enjoys tinkering and playing indoor soccer. He describes himself as the improved version of the legendary Spanish midfielder, Sergio Busquets. Keep on dreaming…

Milan always has everything under control. In his vocabulary, you'll find enthusiasm, drive, knowledge, and experience. He always strives to get the best out of you, and you'll notice that in his lessons. He'll use every possible method to prepare you in the best way for the CBR theory exam. He knows all the ins and outs of the subject, and you'll experience that from the very first minute of the course. After his studies, he wanted to teach people, so he's completely in his element as a course leader. He plays football every week and never misses a match of his favorite team. Ask him about his club, because besides theory, he knows everything about the Eredivisie.

Nikki is a versatile Service Specialist who has transformed her passion for hospitality and travel into a talent for customer service. With a background in Travel & Hospitality, Nikki understands like no one else the importance of providing every customer with a personal and positive experience. Whether she’s solving a question, offering advice, or simply lending a listening ear, Nikki always ensures a warm welcome and a satisfied customer.

Outside of work, Nikki is an adventurous traveler herself. She loves discovering new places and sharing her experiences — always with a touch of humor and plenty of enthusiasm. And if you ask her about the best culinary hotspots, she always has a tip, whether it’s around the corner or on the other side of the world. (Tip: Don’t follow her if you’re on a diet, her recommendations are too delicious to resist!)

Maz doesn't need an alarm clock. His enthusiasm for the job translates well into his results. His goal is simple: to teach you the theory as best as possible and, of course, help you pass. He does this seriously, with humor, and always at a high level. After studying at TU Delft, he wanted to fully use his presentation skills, which he now does every day for you. His other passions are airsoft and gaming. He's also a sneaker fan, so if you need advice on the latest trends, feel free to ask him.

Senna is an energetic Service Specialist. With his enthusiastic personality, experience in hospitality, and his degree in Management Entrepreneurial Hospitality, he’s a true professional. Whether he’s giving you the best advice or quickly reserving an exam for you, Senna always does it with flair and a smile. And once you’ve passed, he’ll make you the best cocktails.

In his free time, Senna leads a healthy lifestyle. Whether he's working out or chilling, his hydration bottle is always nearby. He enjoys the balance between an active lifestyle and relaxation, often spending time with friends and family or planning spontaneous outings. Ask him about his favorite cocktail, and you’ll not only get a unique creation, but also an interesting story to go with it.

With his “roll up your sleeves and get to work” mentality, he inspires both us and all the students, giving your natural motivation an extra boost. This was already in his baggage, as he was a sports teacher for many years and completed his training in the field. During his studies, he worked as a driver, so he knows all the ins and outs of traffic.

Jeremy loves all sports, is the ping-pong king, and has a passion for food. He roams the food festivals, always on the lookout for the latest delicacies (which he’s kind enough to share with us).

Kateryna, our dynamic Quality & Control Specialist, knows how to strike the perfect balance between precision and creativity. Her postgraduate studies in linguistics, combined with an MSc in applied linguistics, allow her to apply her extensive knowledge in the world of quality assurance.In her free time, she enjoys solving complex chess puzzles or immersing herself in an engaging book. But her true passion? Cooking. She often brings traditional dishes, which are always a hit.

As a quality & control specialist, she excels at bringing structure to complex situations, always with an analytical and sharp eye. Her project and organizational skills are invaluable, as is her talent for clear communication and collaboration. With Kateryna around, you can be sure that quality is always a top priority.

Lukas brings a wealth of experience from the world of travel and hospitality, gained during his training as a supervisor in travel and hospitality. His passion for cooking and motorcycling reflects his versatile personality and adventurous spirit. With years of experience in hospitality and customer service, he knows better than anyone how important a smile and personal attention are.

In his free time, Lukas bakes the most delicious cinnamon rolls, a skill he has elevated into a side job. Traveling, especially to Spain, is his ultimate escape, where he explores new cultures and flavors that inspire him both personally and professionally.
